Hi all and thanks to tonight's hack-a-thon organisers. I learnt a lot.

Now that my DNS has caught up I _think_ I've now got a federated
server happening.

Anyone interested in exchanging details for a spot of testing?

Cheers
.M.

Sure, harr...@wave.harrisony.com
What are the details of your server?

Sam, I'm not sure what this error is from your server but working on
it.

<iq type="error" id="3369-2" to="wave.rackandpin.com"
from="acmewave.com">
<query xmlns="http://jabber.org/protocol/disco#items"/>
<error code="404" type="cancel">
<remote-server-not-found xmlns="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:xmpp-
stanzas"/>
</error>
</iq>

You need to set an A record for wave.wave.rackandpin.com and you
haven't set up your SRV record

Guys, what information would be useful for a form capturing information about Wave servers?

I'm guessing:

* wave account (us...@wavehost.org)
* twitter, email, or alternate means of contacting to debug interaction

Anything I'm missing here?

Thanks for that. I was missing a page of the print out (wonder I got
this far! :-D)

Can you try the server as rackandpin.com ?

I've got A and SRV records in place now

wave 10800 IN A 75.101.139.155
_xmpp-server._tcp 3600 IN SRV 10 0 5269 wave.rackandpin.com.

Thanks
.M.

Just added my details, you might want to fix the output of the
spreadsheet as it seems to be a bit cramped

I've twiddled the columns in google docs, let's see if that changes on the displayed version.
