People's Climate March
Hi mehr --

Only 5 days to go to Sydney’s event of the year! Let's make it clear at the Sydney People’s Climate March that from here on in, we’re all in.

The march will be a colourful, family-friendly event, with art, music and dance creating a vibrant and united display of people power.

Creativity is at its core with some great entertainment, including performances from Ursula Yovich, Deni Hines, Wendy Mathews, Melinda Schneider, Darren Percival and choirs and speeches from Tim Flannery, Clover Moore and Aunty Jenny Munroe. There will even be a samba band!

After our event in the Domain, we will walk to Sydney’s iconic harbour in eight colourful marching blocs representing the diverse communities that are calling for action on climate change. Whether you're from one of these communities or want to march in solidarity – wear a colour to show your support.

Let's make sure every photo of the People’s Climate March shows just how diverse, strong and unified our climate movement is!

See you at the march!

P.S. Let's make sure every Sydney-sider helps make history this Sunday at the mega People's Climate March. This Thursday, come to a special Day of Action to get the word out. We’ll hand out flyers at Sydney's three main city train stations: Town Hall, Central and Wynyard on Thursday during peak times. Will you come? Find out more on Facebook.
