Transaction log not dump fast enough for PB App.

I run to a problem in PB applicatioin and sybase 11.5 database. The problem
is that PB application fills up the batabase log faster than the database
can dumped to backup.

The front end message said " A database error has occured Database error
code 1105
Database error message:
Select error: can't allocate space for the object 'syslogs' in databse
'tempdb' because 'logssegment is full/has no free extents. if you ran out
of space in syslog, dump the transaction log. Otherwise, use ALTER DATABASE
or sp_extendsegment to increase size of t..."

One the front end get the error message. The process still continue with
the select and queries. That cause some lost of records and incorrect
calculation.

If any one encounter this problem or know how to solve this problem. Please
