who owns dbsetluser?

Can anyone tell me which shared object (.so) has the DBSETLUSER
defined. Yhis is easy to find. do: 'nm -c * | grep -i DBSETLUSER'
where the sybase libraries are based. This is usually in /opt/sybase.

This function is not defined in any of mine, so I am thinking whether
DBSETLUSER is not part of sybase, might be part of sybperl, but I can
not seem to find it anywhere.
