Difficulty connecting to Monitor server from Sybase Central

Hi all,

I can successfully connect to one of our monitor servers from ISQL,
however, I cannot connect from Sybase central (version 3.2.0.1954 ). I get
the
following error "Error #0: Communication error, source 3, code 3, severity
5.
Any ideas?
