Setting Up Windows NT Authentication for sybase database users! - HELP!

I am trying to setup windows NT authentication for database users on a
sybase adaptive server 11.5.1 . When I try to configure the server using
server config in 'sybase central', the 'sa' account gets locked out when I
set up the 'Integrated mode' for login security.

I believe I just read that you must have an NT login by the name 'sa' to use
the sa login. Do you?
