Problem connecting to Sybase Database from an ASP running on IIS

Hi:

I am unable to connect to a Sybase 11 database from an ASP running on an
IIS 4.0 web server. I get the following error.


Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 126 (Sybase System
11).

Does anybody know how to solve this? I have seen a couple of posts with
people having the same problem but have not yet seen a solution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had this problem yesterday. Updating the MDAC components to the latest
version on the server and rebooting fixed it. Also, beware of the ODBC
drivers that come with the 11.9.2 linux distribution - due to an error
in WinNT, they strip *trailing* zeros off numeric fields (I.e. 40,000
comes back as 4). This can be fixed by upgrading the ODBC drivers.
