Error: 1605 Failed to open virtual socket

Hi,

In my Sybase errorlog, I receive following message:

00:00000:00002:2002/06/17 17:57:08.59 server Error: 1605, Severity:
18, State: 1
00:00000:00002:2002/06/17 17:57:08.59 server Failed to open virtual
socket for new connections
00:00000:00002:2002/06/17 17:57:39.65 server Error: 1605, Severity:
18, State: 1
00:00000:00002:2002/06/17 17:57:39.65 server Failed to open virtual
socket for new connections
00:00000:00002:2002/06/17 17:58:10.64 server Error: 1605, Severity:
18, State: 1
00:00000:00002:2002/06/17 17:58:10.64 server Failed to open virtual
socket for new connections

I know that this error may be caused by a hardware problem, if the
error that precedes the 1605 error is one of the
following:
nopen: No virtual sockets available
nopen: no room in socket table

It is not the case here.

Does anybody know where it comes ? How can I solve this problem ?
