I notice that this issue has been raised a few times but I've yet to
see a definitive answer.

When using UtraLiteJ on the BlackBerry and debugging in the simulator
I get the error message:

Exception in getSataAccess:
ianywhere.ultralitej.implementation.JrException: UltraLiteJ
Error[-974]: File I/O failed for 'CmwacDB'

I get the same message using multiple simulators. When I first saw
this message I was using the BB JDE and eventually worked out that I
needed to set the IT policy, or at least I thought this was what I
needed to do.

However I am now using the Eclipse plug-in and what seems to be
happening is that setting the IT policy sometimes works but that once
the error is thrown it consistently happens again.

My SQLAnywhere installation is up-to-date as is my version of Eclipse.
At the moment any evaluation of UltraLiteJ is on hold because I don't
have a reliable dev environment.

Update on this: as with an earlier poster I can rename the database
and that solved the problem for a while but this doesn't seem like a
very satisfactory solution.
