This error appeares sometime in my Windows Mobile 6 application. I can
not find a pattern to reproduce it and I can not find a detailed
description of this error. It seems to be that database file is
somehow corrupted.

Solved. I can confirm, that database file is corrupted.
You need to have SQL Anywhere tools installed to validate the
database. Then you can check.
Hope it will help to any other who will encounter this error.
