Are there any plans to support the JDBC 4.0 standard in the iAnywhere
driver?

Markus,

Are there specific features in JDBC 4.0 that you are interested in?

There are a lot of useful features in JDBC 4.0. See, I am an ISV (dealing
with different database vendors) so I have different JDBC needs than the
typical "I write my own Sybase GUI" type of customer. The two top things I
like in JDBC 4.0 is: Improved meta data handling, and automatic driver
registration. Certainly, as more JDBC 4.0 drivers are on the market, more of
the other features will get used.

Thanks again Markus,

We'll also keep this request in mind for a future version of SQL Anywhere.
