Include execution time in DBISQL log

A minor suggestion, but one which could be a real convenience: When
DBISQL has logging enabled (SQL > Start Logging... ) and also has
"Measure execution time for SQL statements" checked, include the
execution time as a comment in the log.

This sounds like a sensible idea. We will consider it for a future release
of DBISQL.
