Mobilink Server Crashing after reaching 3GB limit on a 32 bit OS

Hi,
We are using Mobilink server 10.0.1 version with ASE 15.5 as Consolidated database, my mobilink server crashes frequently after reaching 3GB limit of Process Memory. I have observed during regular synchronization intervals the memory consumption by mlsrv10 process is increasing and once it reaches 3GB size its gets crashed. Iam not able to understand why mlsrv10 process is consuming too much of memory.
Any help in this regard is appericated.
