Sql Anywhere consolidated database snapshot download duplication

Hi,
I'm using sybase sql anywhere 12.0.1 as consolidated db and snapshot
isolation level for download. One issue for this approach is
duplication of the download records in case I have a long
transaction. It seems there is a solution for Oracle as consolidated
db in following link:

I'm wondering if it's possible to do the similar thing in Sybase Sql
anywhere 12.0.1 to avoid duplication as what Oracle 10g did
(ORA_ROWSCN)?
