Hi Shao,
9.x ML clients already has the ability to perform auto-dial on CE/WM device
with built-in phone feature but auto-dial is not turned on by default.
First, make sure your device has cellcore.dll and then you should be able to
acheive Internet autodial by specifying network_name=defualt_internet as a
ML client network protocol option.
