We've got an application that was written/is using SQL Anywhere 9.0.2
and we just want to use Access to perform queries and do reporting on
data in the database. This is on a small application on a very small
network so performance issues are not a concern.
The client I'm working with (who owns the store and the scales, etc)
has asked MT about obtaining these drivers and they just told them to
look around on the web, indicating that they aren't going to help or
else cannot legally provide the driver for free.
Can you check for the file dbodbc9.dll in your install. If it is not
installed and the application vendor is unwilling (or unable) to provide
it, you will need to purchase a license. You should discuss the
specifics with sales.
