Creating customized setup for ASA 8.0.1 : Sybase Central (java) crashes and hangs

hi all,

i'm currently working on a customized setup for ASA 8.0.1 (3080) : the goal
is to deploy the licenced network server, the licenced mobilink server,
ISQL, Sybase Central, ultralite DBConduit, Palm APP and the database...

everythings works fine, except Sybase Central (java version) which crashes
at startup with the folowing trace :

I can send to anyone interested the whole list of files included in my
setup routine (i took that list from a sybase slide (Jan, 30 2002) about
ASA deployment...
i included all the files presented there, modified the path on the
destination machine and the registry as said in that slide...

any idea ? a dll/jar I forgot ?

maybe an alternative : where could i download a C version of sybase central
(with the ASA 8 plugin) ?
