Hi,

I've customer running Sybase 8 (English version) on Spanish window and got
the following error:

an error occurred loading the language resource file (dblgen8.dll)

Another issue is when he login as user with Database Adminsitrator right
then there is no problem.

any solution?

What Windows User is the customer logged into on the machine? Does that Windows User have permission
on the dblgen8.dll file/folder?
