Hi all,

Our original CDs to version 9.00 included installation disks for both 32bit
and 64 bit OS.
Until now, we only have 32bit installations.

After a short period using version 9.00 we moved to 9.02, but we currently
poses only a 32bit installation disk. No 64 bit.

For testing purposes, we need to have a 9.02 install on a 64bit machine.

Can any one advice, where I can find a SQL Anywhere 9.02 64bit (download
maybe?)

Thank you
Stelios Stylianou

Stelios,

You can download ASA 9.0.2 from the Sybase Product Download Center:
http://www.sybase.com/detail?id=1025266

The ASA 9.0.2 install included both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. The install will detect the platform.

If you're having issues accessing the Sybase Product Download Center, please contact your sales
representative.

Thanks for the response!

We will download from the link you specified.

Note that,
the ASA9.02 cd we currently poses, issues error when attempting to install
on a 64bit platform.

Thank you

Dear Joshua Savill,

When installing on 64bit windows, using our cd, the system requests a 64bit
installtion disk, otherwise installs a 32bit version of ASA 9.02.

We would like to have 64bit server installation though.
Our original CDs of ASA version 9.00 included both 64 & 32 bit intallation
disks.

DO I need a different licence key between ASA 9.02 32bit and 64bit?
Version 9.00 cd specified same key for both 32 & 64bit installation!

On the otherhand, is it possible to install version 9.00 64bit and then
upgrade to 9.02?
(our client currently operetes a ASA9.02 version on a 32bit win2000 server.
Now planning to install a 64bit server)

Thank you
