How do I add SQL Anywhere 11 to my Windows CE image

I tried to add SQL Anywhere 11 to may CE image. I could not
figure it out how to do it. When I added SQL Compact to my
CE image, I just simply check the SQL Compact Catalog Item.
After installing SQL Anywhere 11, I did not find anything
about SQL Anywhere in my Catalog items.

When I built my CE application, I could easily added a SQL
Compact database file to my application in Visual Studio. I
could not find similar way to do it for SQL Anywhere.
Can somebody please tell me how to make SQL Anywhere work in
Windows CE (both the image and application)?
