Help,

I need to find out how many licences I have for SQL anywhere
7.0.
I am looking at updating to 9.0.
Is there a way to get a license count?

The "dblic" utility can be used to increase or just view your license
information.

See the ASA 7.0 online docs:
ASA Adaptive Server Anywhere Reference Manual
CHAPTER 4. Database Administration Utilities
- The License utility

Hope this helps,

You can run the utility DBLIC against a non-running dbsrv7.exe or start a
dummy engine (dbsrv7 -n LicenseInfo) and read the licensing text block.

This feature was introduced into 7.x so may not be available in the version
that the customer is using.
