power designer scripting object libraries

Folks,
I am trying to generate the database sql via Database --> Generate Database.
The enxt window asks me about options for the tables,checks and defaults but
I get the following error upon saying OK.

Error in power designer scripting libraries. check installation.............

How should I rectify this problem???? Please help...............

The correct error is as follows:(I posted the incomplete string)
all or some of powerdesigner scripting libraries are not properly registered
Please check the installation

Sounds like something is wrong with your installation.
You should uninstall and reinstall PowerDesigner on your system.

I too am having this exact problem. Is there a known
solution?

If you can, go to the Windows "Add/Remove Programs" applet and go to
uninstall PowerDesigner. In the initial dialog box, there is a "Repair"
option. Try that first. If that doesn't work, you will have to
uninstall and reinstall PowerDesigner.
