I have defined an extended attribute on the metaclass Table of type Object (Sequence, specifically, though that doesn't matter here). When generating my PDM from my LDM, PowerDesigner by default tries to delete the existing value of the PDM-only attribute.
I've been trying to figure out a way to stop this from happening in a transformation, but I'm not having any luck. Does anyone have an idea on how to encourage PowerDesigner not to remove an attribute value that is not sourced from the Logical model during Physical generation?
