soapexception invoking webservice : wrong response content type

I try to invoke an internet .NET Web service in a powerbuilder client
application.

Howto solve this problem (soapexception) :

client found response content type of 'multipart/related;
boundary=MIMEBoundaryurn_uuid_70F6661D302910C6351300288135179;
type="application/xop+xml"; start="<0.urn:uuid:
