Proxy function argument is missing (imo its rel. Soap Header )

When i create web servis proxy at Visual studio this method is created:

ilcegetir(OturumBilgisiDemo oturumBilgisiDemo, IlId ilId)

which is correct and works fine

When i create web servis proxy at Power Builder this method is created:

ilcegetir(IlId ilId)

which returns error from server! Object ref not set to an object (which is probably OturumBilgisiDemo)

when i check definition at link above i see;

-OturumBilgisiDemo is in Soap HEADER
-IlId is in Soap Body

what can i do do convert this proxy method(ilcegetir) takes 2 arguments?
