While in drag mode, the PFC dragdrop sort dialog displays a grey row
indicator between rows to indicate where the row will be dropped. Any
idea how this is accomplished?

Not an expert on it, but it looks like you're talking about the
DragIcon attribute of the DataWindow control.

Good luck,

Nope my dragicon works fine. In the PFC sort dragdrop window, when you
are in dragmode, as the mouse moves over the rows, there is a grey
line that appears in between the rows to indicate where the row will
be dropped. I would like to implement something similar but I cannot
figure out how PFC is doing this.

Ummm.... DragDrop doesn't do that in *my* PFC. Default, the native PB
one that is the same as you see in the DataWindow painter, *does* do
this. Since this is not written in PowerScript, but is called from
within the PB DLLs (calling SetSort() with a NULL string does this),
PFC isn't going to give out any clues on how to implement this. It'll
be a challenge in PowerScript.

Good luck,

You are correct, the dialog that I assumed was PFC is actually the
native sort dialog. Thanks for the response.
