Where can I obtain PFC for PowerBuilder 9

Where can I obtain PFC files for PowerBuilder 9?
We have PFC for 10.0 on the CD, however, PowerBuilder 9
apparently does not ship with the PFCs.

PB 9 Enterprise does. It was part of the installation package. That is
the only way it is available, AFAIK.
