PBNISMTP Path Problem

Hello All
I downloaded the PBNISmtp Demo from codeexchange
it works perfect
now i'm trying to add it to my app
I create a new application with a new windows in c:\PB_APP\mail_app
i get a "Bad runtime function reference at line 17 in clicked event of
object cb_1 of w_send."
if i move the application to the folder where i unzip the sample it
works ok
seems like when i move it the smtp lost some references or some
similar path problem
any ideas

The extension (pbx file) has to be in the directory with the
applicatoin.
