Editing and saving word docs

Hi all.

I have a requirement to use Word embedded in a PB application to edit and
save documents. The documents have to be saved in the database. Is there a
way to "trap" Word's save functionality to obtain the document as blob data
instead of saving it to disk. I would also welcome any other example on
using Word with PB, since I'm new in this.
