Menu Loading Becoming Slow in PB 11 onwards

Hello

We have migrated from PB 9 to Pb11 and when menu is altered and saved,
then entire loading of mdi windows become slow. If same migrated menu
used without altering - mdi window works faster. Same problem is faced
even when a new menu is created in pb11.

any solution?
