Window without border like coral draw starup

Friends many a times i saw coral draw startup window
it has no shap. that means it contain ballon shape and
has no border.

I also created startup image and i placed on one window
now i want to transperent the areas which are outside
my image.

its a vb code if any-body has tried this solution please let
me know with code.

plz dont pass on any msdn article any practical code used
in pb
