I beleive PBNI is what you're after (available since PB9).

I don't think so. I look for possibility to implement the
module (like library browser, etc. ...) and then somehow add
it into development environment and then use it during
programming some projects.
Not linking different code to build some sw application.

Yep, here it is. Dave Fish's webcast for PB10
(http://download.sybase.com/presentation/pb_techcast/sybs031604.wmv) has a
slide in the "Beyond PowerBuilder 10" section with the words: "Open
Platform: Open interface for developers to add their own plug in to PB IDE".
His words are "we are going to publish the API". When? He doesn't say.
