Can any one tell me HOW COULD I CONVERT FROM HEXADECIMAL TO
DECIMAL ?
i want to use windows API and i need to know how to use the
message ID Value ( in hexadecimal ) in powerbuilder which is
not use hexadecimal it use decimal

Hi Ahmed,
its not clear what exactly you want to know.
Do you want to translate a hexadecimal
number into a decimal number? Then open
the Microsoft Calculator and use scientific
view. Choose the radiobutton "Hex", type
in the number and choose the radiobutton
"Dec".
Do you want to implement the translation
from HEX to DEC in PowerBuilder? Then
look at this PFC extension:
