convert file psr to xlsx

Hi, I'm auditor of local government's bank, they use power builder
10.5 of accounting database, i have problem to convert general ledger
to excel for further analyzing, their report application just support
'save as' psr file to Excel 2002 that just only have imited rows
(65.000), if the file has larger row, they produce nothing, is there a
sybase software that simply convert psr file to excel 2007 (xlsx)? i
have downloaded and used power builder 11.5 and 12 beta trial, but
unfortunately i still don't know how the way to make it, would you
mine giving some advise, thank you very much

PB 11.5 can SaveAs to Excel8. You might also be able to SaveAs XML and
import that into Excel. There is also a commercial package dw2xls
http://desta.com.ua/dw2xls/.
If you are starting from PSR files, there are freeware PSR readers
available; any PB developer could slap one together in less than a day. Once
the reader has opened the PSR, all you need is to SaveAs from the DW it is
loaded into.

11.5.1 provides Excel12 (.xlsx) support, however if you're using the
trial software, I'm not sure you can apply patches. Without that, I'd
save to text or CSV and import that into Excel.

Looks like the bank needs to upgrade to 11.5.1 (and include
SaveAs Excel12 (.xlsx)), or modify their current app to save
to more than one sheet if there are too many rows, in order
to provide you with the data you need.

Seems like a legitimate request to me.
