I get "Terminal Server - Remote Client Not Allowed" when
installing pb 11.5 on a Windows Server 2003 SP2 computer.
The message appears soon after I enter the license and click
Next.

Thanks for your help.

If you're installing in a terminal services session, you must use a
Standalone Served license. Standalone Local is not supported.

Okay. I now generated a served license. When I run the
installation I chose "Stand alone seat served" and it
doesn't prompt me for the .lic file anymore. It prompts me
for the License Server.. ( which is the same computer I
created the .lic file for ) I entered the computer name. I
Get "Cannot find valid license", "Cannot connect to license
server system"...

Where is it finding the valid license ?. Where is the
license server system ?. I'm confused.

You have to install the SySAM server software on that machine, load the .LIC
file into it, and then point your PB install to that server process.
Otherwise, people would buy one local license, install it on a Citrix box,
and have 100 developers all using the same copy.

It's all in the SySAM documentation.:
