Hello to all, somebody has a function to do decode and encoded of string to
base 64 and bases 64 to string.

1. Register the DLL using regsvr32.exe
2. In your PowerBuilder app, use ConnectToNewObject("Base64Lib.Base64")
3. Call any of the encoding/decoding methods as listed in
http://sevillaonline.com/ActiveX/Base64.htm
