PB Lowered Border Problems.

I just purchased PB V10 and ran into a problem where the
"lowered border" on objects do not display was lowered.
This occurs in such as objects as columns in a datawindows,
single line edits and group boxes etc.
I have applied the maintenance release 10.2.1, but the
problem persists.

Searching through the "Solved Cases" I found Solved Case
#11205162 that looks like it might fit my problem. But I
don't have a service agreement and can't look at it.
Help would be appreciated.

This is due to the XP style windows theme. If you switch to the windows
classic style it should be fine.
