Wait or Pause

In PB 7 what is the easiest way to wait for a fixed length of time, such
that

pause(0.2)

would hold the application for 1/5 of a second. I'm sure there is a window
call for this, but I am not well versed in them.

Description

Causes the application to pause for a specified time.

Syntax

Sleep ( seconds )

Argument Description
seconds Long for the number of seconds you want the application to pause
Return value

Integer. Returns 1 if the function succeeds and -1 if an error occurs.

I knew there was a way, but it was so long since I used PB I had forgotten
the function name. I searched the help text for 'wait', 'pause', 'timing',
'interrupt', 'hold' - but got nothing, even though 'pause' is in the SLEEP
definition. That will teach me to use the recommended 'minimize' option when
installing help.
