Hi Vijitha
I'm a Senior Sybase developer with 9 years of experience in a reputed bank. I've been working in US for last 2 years.
I'm looking for someone who can sponsor and process my H1B for the FY2014. It will have to be H1B with consular processing as I'll be in India during the duration of April to October 2013.
I do have valid B1/B2 and can travel to US in between for personal job interviews if required.
Please let me know if this will be feasible via Kraftware.
You can give me a call at 201-744-4053 to discuss about this.

Thanks
Uphar Gill

The H1-B Visa is a non-immigrant visa. It is designed to allow U.S. employers to recruit & employ foreign professionals in specialty occupations within the USA for a specified period of time. The H1-B program provides the opportunity for foreign workers in specialty occupations to legally live and work in the US for a total of 6 consecutive years, and entitles their spouse and children (under the age of 21) to accompany them and legally live in the USA on an H4 visa. However, the spouse and children have to obtain their own work visa for working.
