Need assistance connecting to SQL Server CE 3.5 - Please!

I've been searching high and low for a way to successfullt connect to
a SQL Server Compact (3.5) database from within PowerBuilder, but have
never been successful. Is Sybase that threatened for their SQLAnywhere
product that they refuse to support PB connectivity to this free (and
excellent) DBMS?

This group is no longer active on the Sybase server. In addition, the feed between Google and the Sybase server is not currently working. If you post
through Goolge the post will never show up on the Sybase server, and most
people who answer questions in that group will never see it.
