Oracle Catalog Owner error

I am getting the following error when attempting to try to do the initial
connection to Oracle 10g release 2;
connection to Oracle 10g release 2;
Please connect as the PowerBuilder Catalog Owner. This is necessary for the
initial connection to Oracle to GRANT privileges on the repository.
What do I need to do to do this?

- Connect as SYSTEM or
- Change the Catalog owner to your own userid by setting its value on the
db-profile 'system' tab or
- Do not use catalog tables at all. In the pb.ini set the parameter
[Database]
NoCatalog=1
