Enhanced CAB Tool Error

Since I installed the latest Maint Version of PKB 2.5.2 When I launch
Enhanced CAB Tool I now get a registry error: "Configuration Error -
need 'Location' registry value, Tool is closing"
Any ideas why this is going on ?

Have you tried to reinstall ???
