Infomaker report (pbl) not showing Chinese character

In Infomaker designer program (version 12), I can preview and see the Chinese character typed in the report, and it uses the Chinese font with the right character set selected (GB).
However, when using PSRviewer to preview the pbl file, the Chinese text that was in the report showed as ????.
Is there any way to configure PSRViewer (infomaker report previewer), to show the Chinese (or other unicode text) correctly?
