270/271 transaction mapped to HL/7

Hi,

Has anybody converted an eligibility response (271)
transaction to an HL/7 transaction through a production
object. Any recommendation?

I did some X12 production objects a while ago
what I remember from that experience...

X12 uses a lot of loops inside loops .. some loops start
with the same segment - the trick is to make sure that when
setting up the production object that the exact loop being
parsed is controlled - in order to get the correct data..
For example the NM1 (Name 1) segment shows up a lot
However, I think the first field in the segment (Entitity
ID)
usually specifies the nature of the name .. and can be used
to validate where you are .
