MMC Global Console issue.

Hi,
I installed Impact client (5.4.7.3) on Window XP with SP 3.
When I started Global Console it show following error in
right panel
“MMC could not create the snap-in.”
It is running fine on other machine Windows XP SP 2.
Does anyone encounter this issue and know how to fix?

I seem to remember this happening when we installed a Impact
version on an SP2 machine. If I remember correctly, the
Impact CLient install corrupted the mmc.exe and several of
the mmc dlls in the C:\WINDOWS\system32 directory. I
believe all I did was reinstall SP2 and it worked okay after
that. I would suggest you reinstall the sp3 and see if that
corrects the issue.

I reinstalled service pack 3 and issue did not resolve.
