Starting ECDA from Windows Services

I am having trouble registering DC to Windows Services so I
can start/stop DC from that utility since it's going to be a
production env. Sybase provided the AddWinService.bat file
in $DC_Sybase\bin directory for this purpose but it seem to
work. It appears to work when I ran the .bat file with all
the required arguments, but DC don't start.

ECDA 12.6.1 on Windows 2003 Server
