It'll depend on the ECDA version and what ODBC driver? I assume you're
trying to access UDB? (DB2)

the version is DirectConnect 12.6.1 ESD#2 and yes it DB2

You need the MF host name and the port that'll get you to the CICS region
and the DB2 Location name -
You'll also see about the Collection. This ought to be documented in the
ECDA docs for install and configuration.
There's a checklist of items you'll need to collect to do this.

Once you have this info you enter it in the ODBC DSN when configuring.
