Job Description

Location : Chicago, IL

We are looking for that serious backend Senior PHP developer/engineer
New development with extensive PHP with Joomla.
Design and development of object-oriented software (PHP), with a strong knowledge of procedural/structured/imperative design patterns
Work within a highly-collaborative Agile environment
Qualifications Must have
7+ years of experience
5+ years of experience with PHP
Developed customer facing websites
Proven software development experience in PHP & Joomla
Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc
Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services
Experience in common third-party APIs
Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject or equivalent experience
Web service development experience
