MS Word 2010 book mark writing issue

Hi,
I have an application which write book marks properly in a word file using ole object of MS Word 2010.
Issue occurs when it is process of writing/printing the document and user manually open an other file on windows. Power Builder ole object write tries to write book mark in the other open file by user manually.
It's bit urgent for us anybody have solve such issue? or any other way to avoid this issue.

I'm just trying to understand how this is an EAServer issue if the client is opening a word document using OLE. I assume that you are using the clipboard to paste data in. This is always going to be problematic.
