cannot start sybase unifieg Agent 3.0

hi,

i cannot start the sybase unified agent 3.0 even though there is no
port conflict..when i start form Control panel->administrative tools-
>services then it gives;

error 1067: the process terminated unexpectedly.. what can be the
problem?
